BACKGROUND

OUT@work is one of the activities organised by the GCD&I LGBTQ+ Community, which aims to promote better inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community in all Signatories and partner organisations that form part of the GCD&I community.

OUT@work provides encouragement, as well as ways and means to:

• Improve diversity in the workplace, making it more equitable and inclusive for the LGBTQ+ community.
• Provide the LGBTQ+ community with tools for growth, development, and visibility in the professional sphere.
